I've more than acknowledged that already - I said it right off the bat:
"Yes, I realize the Voting RFC doesn't state that. I'm stating my opinion."
This entire email was unnecessary as it created the wrong impression that I was claiming this
wasn't allowed - when what I said was that in my opinion, it was wrong and shouldn't be
done.
