I think we can go with providing a european rsync mirror, if someone would
like to provide the hardware and bandwidth?

I just want to bring up again the rsync server issue.
At least for me it is 26 hops away and it is really slow.
I'm not talking about when a new version comes out but generally the average
speed that I get is 7 kbytes/sec
Of course I don't have 4.2.1 yet cause it times out every night.
All the European mirror admins please post your ideas on the matter and
average speeds you get.
