Now I hope I made that banner printout code more rational. But I cannot
understand why there are two types of banners with different sizes? As
site.inc says, the 4th property of a mirror is: "flag for whether site
is a full mirror (1) or just a download site (0), or just a placeholder
(2)". If this is correct (which I can't beleive) then we print out a
125x125 banner for a placeholder site and a 120x60 banner for others
(which is also not documented in the README.mirror file). So I am a bit
confused here.... Please enlighten me!
