Firstly I would like to apologise for what does appear to be unauthorised
mirroring of the PHP site. This really came as a shock since our policy is to
mirror only with written permission and to the best of my knowledge this is the
first such case of unauthorised mirroring in over three years of service. We
will cease mirroring PHP immediately if you so request. Ideally, however, we
would like to receive permission to continue mirroring PHP as an unofficial
site.
Well, I don't think so we have any problems with your mirror. As it seems you have great capabilities in hosting mirrors in Europe, the PHP project may benefit from your service in other areas too. Please contact systems@php.net if you are willing to contribute some service to other PHP.net subsystems. We are in need of a local rsync server as far as I know, but systems@php.net can provide you more accurate information. :)
