Up the requirement I'd say. Why didn't you ask for a 4.3.x version the last time you asked the mirrors to update? :)
Here is a short dump of php versions used:
["phpversion"]=>
array(11) {
["4.3.2"]=> int(31)
["4.3.1"]=> int(15)
["4.3.0"]=> int(8)
["4.3.3RC1"]=> int(3)
["4.3.3RC3-dev"]=> int(1)
["4.3.3-dev"]=> int(1)
["4.1.2"]=> int(20)
["4.2.2"]=> int(10)
["4.2.3"]=> int(15)
["4.2.1"]=> int(3)
["4.0.4"]=> int(1)
}
The only one mirror with PHP 4.0.4 is disabled (and as the maintainer does not reply to any mails, it is subject to deletion in a few days).
Exactly 49 mirrors out of 108 are under PHP 4.3.0...
