New mirror in The Netherlands

Hello, Is there a chance that we get the right to host a mirror for php.net? The new mirror would be located near to Amsterdam (The Netherlands). If I look at http://www.php.net/mirrors.php I see that the Netherlands currently only have a single mirror (we would be happy to provide the second mirror for free off course). We would like to offer 5GB off discspace, this should be enough for the coming 2 years I guess, and all needed traffic.
