a useful bit of functionality. if someone ever gets around to create
an overall user-registration system for www.php.net, it would get
subsumed by that.

a bunch of text. i assume these attract more search engine crawlers
than people.

this is just an (outdated) copy of bugs.php. we could just stop
accepting php3 bug reports, and this would go away.

this is pretty important. :)

this stands alone pretty well.

i don't think anyone uses this any more. i think andi was the one who
requested it for a lightweight interface for viewing bugs over his
slow connection. a quick glance at the server logs seems to suggest it
has gotten one hit since last may. okay, four now that i
double-checked to see what it did. :)
(this is basically just a copy of the script that generates the bug
report mail, anyway.)
you forgot include/bugform.inc (which could certainly be put back in
bugs.php, it was just nice to get it out of the way), and
include/bugtypes.inc (which will go away whenever i get to just
putting this info into another database table).

i'd rather spend my time improving the functionality of the system. it
has been cleaned up to my satisfaction, for now. (but if someone else
feels it is important, go for it.)

whatever. if someone wants to learn php, they are better off with the
plethora of tutorials out there.
