It points to the main site, because there is a stat
system there, collecting all the mirrors download
stats. The effective download is from the main site,
as the do_dowload.php redirects you back to the mirror
site where you came from. See the code!
Well, php.net is not working me either, so when it will
work, the downloads will work again on all mirrors.
