What? Why was this deleted? It's not a bug report (though there is a related one: 38935), it's not a request for help, and it documents behaviour that differs markedly from what appears in the documentation. As a PHP user, reading the docs, it provides information missing in the docs that would have helped me track down a problem.
It's pathetic: I report a case where PHP's behaviour differs from the docs and it gets marked as bogus, referring me to the docs (which are wrong). Given the "it's not a bug" bogusbotting, I add a note to the docs describing how the behaviour differs from the docs so users have a fighting chance of getting expected behaviour and it gets removed. Are you trying to keep undocumented and unexpected behaviour secret or something? I thought this was supposed to be a community effort?
It's really very simple so I'll speak slowly: the docs say one thing and PHP does something else: there's either a bug in PHP, or an error in the docs.
