It's geared towards putting it on a USB stick, but the way it shows to configure it
doesn't require any NT services, reg settings, Windows / System folder manipulation, etc.
It's also designed to allow you to use the same code in a LAMP installation as well, in case
you switch between OS's somewhat often (Windows at work, Linux at home). Maybe that's why
it tells you to put all the stuff on the USB stick.
