Hi Neil, Sorry that everybody swamps you with replies about things and issues that you may not be aware of. I remember that this happended to me before and still happends. But one thing is sure: we welcome new developers! We are just not that obvious about it :-) Anyways I would recommend you to take a look at the pear.php.net page. There you will find some useful information regarding PEAR with which you can make more sense of the answers given to your proposal. Please come back to the list with any specific questions.
