New Class Proposal

I have to write a simple e-commerce application. I was thinking about having the shopping cart part PEARized. My general idea is to follow the container paradigm used in many pear classes, a main class, a container class, and two containers at this stage session and DB. Would this be acceptable for inclusion in PEAR.
