Hi,
I think the problem here is the Sybase extension using mssql_* aliases for
the sybase_* functions. I think that is very confusing. It causes people
to think they are using the MSSQL extension. They even look for
documentation and report errors under mssql even though the compiled php
using --with-sybase...
