This caused me to change the code (for now available in cvs) so you can
compile using --with-mssql. This will strill require that you compile and
install FreeTDS (using --prefix=/usr/local/freetds --with-tdsversion=7.0)
but at least you will get the full mssql API on *nix platforms.
