I send this email from other address. Please excuse me if you received this
email twice.
Excuse My english and the patch's Style problems!.
Please dont commit those changes yet.
If you like the way this functionality is coded, I'd like to add the following
changes before you commit it:
* A way to auto-select the best auth method posible based on the methods offered
by the server (Try in order of security the methods the class knows against the
methods offered by the SMTP server)
* If the email is biger than the allowed SIZE (the SIZE capability) don't try
to send the email ( the server will reject that email and we waste bandwidth)
In the future, I'll add the following auth methods (I need to compile the
support in my postfix)
* CRAM-MD5,
* DIGEST-MD5
Thanks a lot
