Point 2 and 3 can be automated, with a short resume that includes
"important" commit, or special things.
The point 1 is the most important and the longer to write, from february
I should take care of it, in collaboration with the pearfr team (I write
quit faster in fr than in En ;-).
A good thing that can be in pwn is a kind of 'package of the month' or a
special focus on a package, a longer description with a word from the
author. A good way to put him in the front of the scene and thanks him
for his contribution.
