PWN RSS

Hello, I added RSS feeds for the pear weekly news and the releases. Two scripts generate this file in http://pear.php.net/rss/ . The filenames are pwn_en.rss for the english _de for DE,... releases.rss for the releases, which is only in english (took from the DB) Please see the current 20030126.en.html to see the syntax to use in the futur PWN. Usage: Before every section: <!-- SECTION --><a name="4"> where '4' is the section number. <p>...</p> for every linefeed/new paragraph inside a section I hope it's not too difficult to use this syntax, at least, we got RSS using it ;-). A good thing is that the respective translators update the current translations to check this 2 little scripts, and kick the *ss FR translators to translate the current one (included my very own :/ ).
