What kind of software do you plan to use for stream and chat ? For video, I have tested Quicktime Streaming Server (free and works on Linux), it's easy to install and setup, there is a web interface. There is also Sorenson Broadcaster but that's not free AFAIK. Of course, it depends on how many people will be at your office for the meeting. Bertrand Mansion Mamasam
