Help Package?

Hi, Is anyone working on a help package? I am thinking about something that reads an XML file which has documentation strings organized by topic and subtopic, and retrievable by context. There would be a method to retrieve raise a tooltip or popup help window based on context. Another to dump all helps formatted like a manual or quickref. If no one is working on one, I would consider lifting the one from Horde, which is GPLd, and PEAR-ifying it. Later, -- Mitchell Perilstein mitch at enetis dot net www.enetis.net/~mitch
