Greetings!
OK, here is a new repackaged version of my template system that implements
Integrated Templates API with added caching of prepared templates.

Download (package.xml included):

For those who think that I am pushing this thing for no real reason, I also
made some simple profiling tests. These were done in PHPEdit using DBG
debugger and its profiler. The box is an 1.7GHz P4. The templates were
real-world ones from one of my sites, ~45kb total size and with ~20 total
blocks. Only loadTemplatefile() and 5 addBlockfile() calls were done.
Reference, this is how HTML_Template_ITX works:

HTML_Template_Sigma when prepared files are not yet available and are being
generated:

HTML_Template_Sigma when loading prepared files instead of the source ones:

Are there any objections to the package name? If there are none, please
approve it and let's be done with the thing.
