I think this has been the source of much of the confusion here. Alexey used
the word "cache" and it threw up red flags for some and that were never
clarified if you didn't take a few minutes to look at the source.
In light of this apparent miscommunication, I think it would be best to ask
Pierre if he has any objection to "pre-compiled templates" (off by default)
in HTML_Template_IT before committing a new package.
