OK, I've got 3 +1's already for the inclusion of my package, need 2 more.
This template engine implements Integrated Template API (like
HTML_Template_ITX) with some additional features. The most important new
feature is ability to store 'prepared' templates to bypass expensive template
RegEx parsing stage. This feature is roughly equivalent to 'compliling'
templates into PHP code available in Smarty and some PEAR's template engines
and has nothing to do with data caching (if you want to cache data you have
to use Cache or Cache_Lite PEAR packages).
