Maybe not per se, but GPL isn't permitted in PEAR any more for the purpose
of making PEAR packages usable for commercial purposes. So whilst your code
itself may well be under PHP/BSD/whatever license, the JS from webfx.eae.net
is not, and would cause complications for anyone wanting to use it
commercially.
