It's definately part of the problem... this whole thing was triggered by
me getting a couple of reports of the same bug that was a one or
two-liner to fix, but I'd just missed. This is 5 months after the
packages first release, and it had been there from the beginning... I'm
sure someone must have found it before now!

Attached is a patch for package-info.php in pearweb that adds a link to
the bug report page... I know duplicate reports are annoying, but
they're better than no reports.
