I agreed to take over maintenance for that, but haven't done any
modifications to it yet. I'm also going to release HTML_Page as soon as
Bertrand submits a patch to HTML_Common. I'm planning on first releasing a
legacy release of both HTML_Page and HTML_Select, just so that people can
use the "original" versions without breaking their code. Then I'm planning
on switching the key/value order in HTML_Page as per Bertrand's suggestion.
