Arnaud,
please don't start delegating maintainership for packages that you are
not maintaining yourself. We don't know if Dave
a) has left the country for climbing Mt. Everest (which takes > 1 month)
b) does not have access to the mailbox where his @php.net mail is
forwarded anymore
c) is in hospital for a long time
etc.
