Looking at: http://droogs.org/autodia/download/Autodia-1.6/Autodia/Diagram.pm From about line 977 to 1342 is where the Dia XML template resides. Autodia uses the perl Template package which uses tags not too dissimilar to what I've seen (on a cursory look) in the peardoc2 converted of phpDocumentor. Won't be able to help much until around mid-July. Have some grants and papers to write, apart from a couple of articles for a journal and a magazine.
