I still think that your package is somehow redundant to OOH_Forms, but you're right that OOH_Forms hasn't released any stuff yet and doesn't seem to be pretty active. Apart from that you seem to have chosen a slightly different approach and you seem to have a different goal than HTML_OOH_Forms.
