Btw, it should set the correct location of the PHP binary, now it
defaults to /usr/local/bin.
Just change at the phpdoc script top:
PHP="/usr/local/bin/php"
with
PHP="@php_bin@"
And the package.xml file:
<file role="script" name="phpdoc">
<replace from="@php_bin@" to="php_bin" type="pear-config"/>
</file>
