Hi Tomas,
I'm happy to do this. The issue in the past was that phpDocumentor would then conflict with PHPDoc. If there are any users who still want an installation of both phpDocumentor and PHPDoc, speak now or forever hold your peace.
By the way, this issue is in the FAQ file for phpDocumentor
