On linux it's quit easy when php is compiled or installed with a package
with the prefix changed, php get the correct PHP_BIN (or something like
that, have to read back the doc :).
On win32, it's not easy. In most cases php is installed from binaries
with a static c:\php4\php.exe set. You can check go-pear.php which tries
to detect it.
