Josh
Author of HTML_CSS is Klaus Gunther, and as there are no release yet i've
uploaded
a copy on my own.
Details and links to download all dependencies are on the online doc.
Please, take a time to read it. Of course my english is not so good but i
hope
this doc draft will be enough for all starting questions .
