Package Proposal: XML_WDDX

Hi, I'd like to propose a new package. It's a wrapper for the wddx_* functions in PHP. The package allows you to add values, that you do not exist in the current scope, which normally makes using WDDX in PHP painful. The current version is just the basic implementation, you can create a new package, add values and then serialize it. Of course you can also unserialize a string.
