We should take care of (quickly):
- Apply the folders structure to the web part as well
AFAIR, we discussed about the pear/html_foo_bar or pear/html/foo/bar
- allow multiple hosts installations
- solve the upgrade issues (how the patch takes care of upgrade?)
- define config settings and howto use/get them from the packages
themselves (i.e. get the hostname and returns the right path, both
from http or filesystem).
However I think we should not stress to get such things implemented.
There are many related problems to do at the same time. For instances
platform specific installation, conditionnal install, etc... Maybe all
these things can be done in a nice way, using the same base.
I do not have the time this week to work/think/review with new
features in PEAR and will come back later.
