Forgot to include my Apache/PHP config: Apache-1.3.20: ./configure \ "--with-layout=Apache" \ "--enable-module=ssl" \ "--enable-module=proxy" \ "--enable-module=rewrite" \ "--enable-module=vhost_alias" \ "--enable-module=unique_id" \ "--enable-module=info" \ "--enable-module=so" PHP-4.0.6: ./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs --with-pdflib=/usr/local --with-ttf --with-gd --enable-trans-sid --with-curl --with-openssl --enable-sysvsem --enable-sysvshm --with-zlib (I'm using the latest binary release of pdflib-4 installed as per their instructions - it works perfectly as does everything else).
