Saw this inside the weather.com XML
"This document is intended only for use by authorized licensees of The
Weather Channel."
so not great news there. Perhaps some more investigation is required.
Hopefully it's a simple free registration although from memory weather.com.
I've got some METAR parsing code if anyone is interested as a starting
point. It's actually quite a cool format.
