Well, maybe we could just use the basic ideas? We haven't yet seen
any source but maybe it's even better (refering to CS etc.) to do a
rewrite and just use Net_Geo_IP as an example (not meaning to copy
source and by that not meaning to get in trouble with GPL anymore).
Shane, could you maybe check for such a possibility?
