I ported perls Geo::IP::PurePerl to pear/php the other day because they update the db every month and it's local (unlike pears Net_Geo which is remote and doesn't use SOAP::RPC or XML::RPC). Anyway I thought I would pop a message through and see if it's worth me uploading to pear.
It is documented and because it's basically a straight port its is released under the GPL, same as the perl module.
Cheers,
Shane.
