Gretings all. What is the procedure for assuming responsibility for the

Hello Ken, I stopped development of PEAR::HTTP_Session long time ago. I
don't maintain it now. And I don't even deal with PHP.
Probably someone else (may be you?) has to take ownership of this package. I
don't know what is the exact procedure for this.
