There is yet a script that do all of that: the "pear" script. I guess
that for using it under Windows the only thing that one have to do is,
copy it from php4/pear/scripts/pear.in to simple pear, erase the first
line and call it so:
php -f pear -- -h
php -f pear -- package package.xml
php -f pear -- install HTTP_Upload-0.6.tgz
(or is there a way under windows for making a text file executable?)
Please tell me the problems you could have in this step. Then the php
windows binary distrib team could kindly include it.
