Umm ... I propose:
- pear.bat to set at top the needed env vars:
* $PHP_PATH
* $PEAR_INSTALL_DIR
* $PEAR_EXTENSION_DIR
* $PEAR_DOC_DIR
(user must edit by hand this vars if the building process can't do it)
- pear.in to detect if those env vars are set and do the properly
