Valid point. During the discussion in the past days we agreed on bundling
the documentation for each package in it's archive file, that will be
available from pear.php.net. So each package will have it's documentation
at a central place on your system, since it comes with the package you
install, AND you'll have a central place (i.e. the PEAR website), where
the documentation is availabe for online reading, downloading etc.
