My package (HTML_Crypt) is in this state, not because I didnt write documentation, I wrote the docs in docbook format (or whatever the correct format was at the time). Since I dont have CVS access, I sent the file into whoever deals with docs on the site. I thought maybe they were in a que and were going to be added when the website stabilised.
