In fact, most validations are actually something that could be done with XSD
validation (e.g. file roles).
As far as the linkage between package name and class prefix is concerned - why
is it actually being inforced by default? I would like to use the package
manager for - surprise - package management of inhouse projects. A package
does not necessarily have to be a PHP class, it could also be a collection of
related documentation written in DocBook XML files.
