no. sorry this is only in I18N, but i saw too late that i had put it in the wrong category. and since there is no category 'I18N' yet i couldnt move it. Can someone add the cat, please. (i didnt find how to do it)

it throws a warning because of this line
    $numberFormat = $this->_localeObj->numberFormat[$format];
