PEAR/PECL Account Issue

I have an existing PEAR/PECL account, jsjohnst, and am having an issue
with it. I can log into the PECL's site using my username, but can not
login to PEAR's site. I tried creating a new account on PEAR and it says
my username is in use, which confirmed by suspicion that the usernames
were shared between the two. What needs to be done so I can login to
PEAR? I realize this might not be the right place to email about this,
so if someone can point me in the right direction I won't take up any
more of the list's time.
