Currently PEPr is in testing phase. Since there are still some issues
concerning the cron job, I did not finish the testing yet. Until we are
productive with PEPr, everyone has the choice to propose on pear-dev or
using PEPr. If you'd like to use PEPr, feel free to apply for a pearweb
account.
