Hi PEARs!
Since the question has come up here, I officially propose a handling of
accounts for PEPr:
1. Change the initial karma level of a user to pear.pepr (which is new
introduced and grants access only to PEPr functionality).
2. PEAR-Group will change the karma level to pear.dev, when it accepts
the first package of a user.
3. Change the statement on the new-account-page.
4. Add a statement to PEPr, that registration is required.
5. Automatically delete pear.pepr users 4 weeks after their last
activity.
6. Intergrate PEPr life into pearweb.
7. Official announcement for PEPr by the PEAR-Group.
Has anyone issues on that? If not, I'll start to implement this in a few
days.
