When I tried to do this, my account application was rejected with the
following message:
"Please propose all new packages to the mailing list
pear-dev@lists.php.net first."
Has this chicken-and-egg situation been resolved? I applied at
http://pear.php.net/account-request.php - is
this the correct place?
