Okay, shame on me. Have overlooked this little detail, it seems. Hmm,
well then it would be "renaming the class" if we decided to go from
Mail_mime to Mail_Mime or even Mail_MIME, right? Pierre, do you see
any chance to do this?
IMHO since the name is already Mail_Mime I personally would not like
Mail_MIME as a new class / package name too much - although I can
understand why Pierre favours that name.
